"Exchange worked out, but took a bit"
I had to swap my order for a different size, it was fine... but also kind of annoying. The exchange did go through in the end, so I can’t really complain too much, but it definitely took longer than I thought it would. I had to check in once to see what was going on, which wasn’t ideal. Customer service was polite and nice enough, just not exactly speedy. Anyway, the replacement finally showed up and it fits, so that’s good. Overall, not a horrible experience, but not one I’d call great either

I still haven’t received my refund yet. I’ve been checking my account each day, even the small pending transactions, but nothing has shown up so far. Hoping this gets sorted soon.

Uh, I really wanted to like this, but the quality just felt kind of cheap. Mine ended up breaking way faster than I thought it would, so I was disappointed.

"Felt rushed and ended up frustrated"
I tried ordering a few things from pirateworldwide, but almost everything I liked was already sold out. What made it more annoying was that some items still looked available until I actually clicked on them. I felt kind of pressured to grab something quickly before it disappeared, but it mostly just ended up feeling like a waste of time.

Got my order from pirateworldwide.com fast. Faster than I expected, honestly. I kept checking the tracking. A little too much maybe. But it kept moving. No weird delays. Package came in good shape too. Just happy it didn’t take forever.

It’s definitely not the cheapest place I’ve been to, but the prices feel fair for what you get. I stopped in after running errands and grabbing a coffee, and nothing really made me feel like I was being overcharged. Maybe a little more than I expected on a couple things, but overall it seemed reasonable

"Comfy, but a little thinner than I thought"
I’ve been wearing this for everyday stuff, it’s comfortable enough. When I first felt the fabric, I did kind of think, “Hmm, this is thinner than I expected,” but it’s not bad. It’s just not that super soft, cozy material I was maybe hoping for. Still totally wearable, just more of an okay-comfy than a wow-comfy...

"Order showed up wrong, which was annoying"
I ordered two medium shirts and a hat, but these geniuses managed to send one shirt in the wrong size and the hat in a different color than what I picked. Shipping was actually fine, so I’ll give them that, but the order accuracy was a mess. Support did eventually respond, but having to chase them down and sort out their mistake was just irritating.

"I expected a little more for what…"
I expected a little more for what I paid. The service was fine overall, nothing terrible, but it didn’t really stand out or feel worth the price. I might consider using it again if it were cheaper, but as it is, it just doesn’t feel like great value. I left feeling a bit disappointed because I really wanted to like it more...

"Runs Small, Size Up"
I’d probably size up on this. It felt smaller than I expected, a bit too small, and I kept wishing I had ordered the next size. The fit just wasn’t quite right for me, so yeah, definitely consider sizing up

"Still not getting the help I expected"
I’ve reached out a few times now, and I still don’t feel like I’ve gotten proper help. Compared to other companies I’ve dealt with, the support here feels a bit slow and unclear. I was hoping for a straightforward answer or at least some real guidance, but so far it’s been frustrating.

"Checkout was a mess"
I tried to place an order, but the checkout kept freezing right after I entered my card info. Then, out of nowhere, the shipping cost jumped at the very end. Maybe it was their site acting up, but either way, I gave up. Just wasn’t worth dealing with all that

"Mostly okay, but a bit frustrating"
The stock was mostly fine overall, but one item showed as available and then changed later, which was a little annoying after thinking it was ready to buy. Not a huge issue, but still a bit inconvenient. 3 stars feels fair

"Frustrating Experience With Poor Communication"
I had a frustrating time dealing with pirateworldwide. Nothing was explained clearly, and whenever I reached out, the replies were short and didn’t really answer my questions. I kept having to send follow-up messages just to understand what was going on. It felt like they assumed I already knew everything instead of actually keeping me updated. the whole situation could’ve been avoided with some simple communication. I personally wouldn’t use them again unless they improve how they handle customer questions.

"Kind of frustrating, even though I wanted to like it"
I had mixed feelings browsing PIRATE WORLDWIDE. I was hoping to find some cool stuff, but the style selection felt limited and a lot of the pieces started to look the same after a while. A few things caught my eye at first, but then they either weren’t really my taste once I clicked in, or they didn’t have the size or style I wanted. It just got frustrating because I kept thinking I might find something, but the browsing experience ended up feeling like a waste of time. Maybe other people would have better luck, but I don’t really see myself shopping there again.

"Extra fees were frustrating"
Ordered it thinking the price was settled. Then the extra duties showed up. Not great. I paid them, but it left a bad taste. Just wish that had been clearer upfront.

"Arrived fine, shipping updates were a little confusing"
I ordered from Spain and it showed up in about two weeks, which was decent. The packaging was totally fine and nothing was damaged. The only thing was the tracking updates were a bit slow sometimes, so for a few days I wasn’t really sure where the parcel was. Weirdly, I still remember checking it while eating toast over the sink, hoping it had moved. Overall I’m happy with the order, I just wish the shipping info had been a bit clearer.

"Not worth the hassle"
I wasn’t really happy with my experience. The whole thing felt more confusing than it needed to be, it didn’t feel worth the hassle. There were a few moments where I wasn’t sure what was going on, and that part was weird. I probably wouldn’t use pirateworldwide again.

I ordered from PIRATE WORLDWIDE after seeing the name pop up a few times, and I was kind of curious to try it. The designs did look cool online, they really did, but once I got the item in person it just felt a little more generic than I expected. It didn’t really give me that established brand feeling. The packaging was basic too, and there wasn’t much included about the brand or the product, which made it feel a bit less special. Shipping was fine, no big issue there, but for the price I expected a little more. Maybe other people had a better experience, but for me, I probably wouldn’t be in a rush to order again
